Beautiful villa with all the necessary amenities. I really like the location, because it is in a quiet area yet close to Seminyak and Canggu. However, you will need a bike / car to get to restaurants etc. Felt safe in the secure compound.

Overall, a high end property that provided great value and comfort. Well situated and filled with all amenities (and some)!

The bathroom upstairs had a funny smell about it.

This is our first and hopefully last such experience with a property. The host, claiming to be the owner, verbally abused me while my husband had gone to withdraw cash for the deposit. My husband was furious when I told him of this and demanded an apology, at which point the host panicked and offered to let us stay for free. We asked for the CCTV footage the next day as we wanted to file a formal complaint but they kept making excuses. They refunded our money but we left the next day as we were traumatised by the whole experience. Judging by other reviews, this seems of be an unlucky one off but for us and this ruined our trip.

Airconditioning was not working No extra amenities other than stay no restaurant or cafe They give reminder for chkout before time again they remind u that can I send the person to take luggage. Hot water boiler capacity very small for bath tubs capacity

Loved this villa. We stayed here for the last three days of our trip and it was the perfect way to finish. It’s a little bit out of Seminuk, but it’s quiet. The villa itself is amazing and comfy.
