The villa was stunning everything provided for and cleaned every 2 days which in a villa is amazing, lovely location by the sea and Spiros was the best host very helpful and nothing was too much trouble he made our stay.

Very beautiful and new villa, located in a relaxing and lovely area. We enjoyed every minute and relaxed in this beautiful place which offered an exceptional quality and the silence we needed. The villa was very well equipped with everything you need, cleaning was perfect every 2 days, the owner really impressed us with his dedication to perfection and making us feel like home. Excellent accommodation with a great host. Will definitely be returning to this fantastic holiday establishment!!

Quiet location with privat pool, very nice new and clean house, large and equiped with everything necessary (including coffee machine :-)). Beach with sand is about 200m (walk). If you have a car as we had, you can visit many nice places around - different kind of beach (sand, rocks, etc.), lighthouse, hiking.... Lixouri city is 10min by car, supermarket 8min, gas stations 7 min. Owner is very friendly and he is trying to help with everything you need. We were very satisfied. Ideal place for families.

We were a family with 2 adults and 2 teens, and Spiros, the friendly owner, welcomed us with an inviting platter of fresh fruit and a chilled bottle of tasty Kefalonia white wine. The 2 bedroom "Sunrise" villa is extremely comfortable and roomy with high ceilings, everything is brand new, designed and tastefully decorated to a very high spec by Spiros himself. The bedrooms are large and the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, includes Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, juicer, microwave, modern ceramic hob, dishwasher, etc, with air conditioning in each room. The outside area has an excellent swimming pool and is fully furnished, exposed to the sun all day, surrounded by gardens with fruit and olive trees, with some quite interesting insects and birds! The 2 bedroom villa doesn't have the mezzanine lounge like the 3 bedroom villas because it is designed to be fully wheelchair accessible, but we didn't miss it at all as we spent most of the evenings at the table outside playing cards All 3 villas are independent and private, serviced by a cleaner every other day, so all linen, towels and floors are always fresh and clean. The location is great, with sea view, and in the evening you can clearly hear the sound of the rolling waves, hence the name Sound of Sea. There is a good beach with a couple of excellent tavernas 5 minutes walk, but we also had a car to explore the island's breath-taking beaches. Spiros was a perfect host, he goes the extra mile to ensure his customers leave fully satisfied, and is always available if you need anything at all or for a chat We were really sad to leave, but we hope to come back to these villas next time we visit Kefalonia.
