The property was very clean and very well located with outdoor space at the front balcony overlooking the sea and back yard. Stella was super kind Abed very helpful, she was waiting for us at the arrival of the ferry and helped find local van to carry luggage to the property. We truly enjoyed our stay and the owners were very helpful and kind.

We had a wonderful time at Pearl House. The house is beautifully appointed. Everything has been well thought out and we felt at home. Luxurious yet relaxed. Bedrooms and bathrooms are gorgeous. We really enjoyed the balcony with stunning seaside views - perfect at breakfast and for evening drinks. Great central location. Easy walk to beaches, lovely tavernas and shops. Highly recommended.

"A stunning home in an excellent location."

The location was excellent. Close to the beach, port, shops & restaurants. The home is stunning. Beautiful design & decor.

Although the rooms were beautiful they were a little small & once our large suitcases were added made it difficult to get around the rooms.

"Perfect location with Stylish stay !"

The location was amazing! The Veranda ( balcony) is a great area to relax during the evening as the sea view is unbelievable ! The Pearl house offers an exceptional stay for your mind and soul ! I highly recommend this house for anyone visiting Spetses! Congrats to Stella and to the architect !

Everything was perfect!The view amazing! The decoration of the house so stylish so calm so adorable !
