Quality Villa with Pool in Superb Location in Paphos

The property is well presented throughout in a nice peaceful area, not too far from Paphos airport. The main room is an excellent size with a very large TV, and the kitchen is very well stocked with equipment. it was nice to see some basics (oil, salt, spices, tea, sugar) supplied, and very nice to have some wine and water on arrival. The bedrooms and bathrooms are also a good size, with adequate storage. Outside, there is an attractive garden with a good sized swimming pool, and plenty of seating. The owners are attentive, and easy to contact if there is a problem, and the pool was professionally cleaned twice a week.

The staircase may prove a little difficult to navigate for anyone who is older and has reduced mobility - although there is a good stair-rail; and care needs to be taken on the floors as they are extremely slippy when wet. The TV has only the option for limited streaming (e.g Netflix) and no satellite or analogue channels, so unless you bring something to facilitate streaming, that may be a little limited for some families who enjoy that as a form of entertainment. The road outside the property is quite narrow, as is the parking are to the side of the house, so parking for a large car will be tight. Guests are given a limited amount of electricity included (100kWh per week) and further is subject to a charge on departure; this may be quite a low amount for a family using moderate amounts of air-conditioning.

We had a wonderful vacation. The villa was clean and equipped with everything necessary. The owners are very pleasant people, they have many plants planted on the territory and they take care of them. Thanks to Natalia who met us and gave us the keys, she is a very pleasant person.
