We stayed in Villa St. Roko at the end of July 2024 for a week. We were a relatively large party, consisting of two families, and the available space was perfect for us. We were enchanted by the garden and the views, which on their own would merit a 5-star review for this place. The location of the house was just a 5-minute walk from the main promenade in the harbor, and it was easy getting to several beaches. Sutivan is a beautiful town with a lovely vibe. It mostly accommodates families and was very relaxed and uncrowded, given that we were there at the height of the summer season. The restaurant nearby, Moreistina, offered a small but perfectly executed menu, and we went there for an ice coffee every single day. Communication with the managing agent was easy, and once we provided copies of our passport, we didn't have any further contact with them. We would definitely consider staying in this lovely place again.

The house itself was charming but in need of an update. The air conditioning was functional, but we were not able to make the sound on the TV work. The internet connection was probably as good as one could hope for on a Croatian island.
