Sa Teulera Soller

This villa is in the most stunning location and the views took our breath away. What a place! The villa was incredibly comfortable with everything we could have needed. The pool was incredible and there was a seating area higher up which meant we could keep our eyes on the kids while still having a bit of quiet time. It was so peaceful and tranquil. Would absolutely recommend. Soller is a wonderful place. We didn't have a car, (as we'd read reviews that the roads were really narrow - they are!) but we were able to walk to a couple of really good local supermarkets within about 15 minutes. They had loads of stuff in so didn't need to go to the big supermarket, (the host offered to take us which was really kind.) We also got the local bus to Deia which was only 2 euros (I used the Moovit app to find the best bus stop) and the tram to the beach, and then an uber home. My favourite memory was heading down to Soller Square for an evening drink and meal, and my son meeting some local kids and playing football with them as the sun went down while we had a spritz. Heaven! Would love to visit again one day.

Pretty much everything was perfect but I would kindly suggest to the host to look at the fencing as next door's dog came for a visit a couple of times! It was fine and they were really helpful at getting 'Lola' back, but maybe a bit of TLC on the fence would be good - just in case visitors aren't the biggest dog lovers!

Tight streets of Sóller could be difficult with large cars. We managed to access the property with a VW T-Roc, no problem.

This place was an absolute dream!!! The location was absolutely amazing—close to everything we needed and in a beautiful area. The house itself was very clean, nicely maintained, and the pool was a fantastic bonus, especially on warm days.

It’s worth noting that this is part of a family compound, and you can hear the family talking next door throughout the day. It didn’t bother us much, but it’s something to be aware of if you’re looking for complete quiet or privacy.

A small car is a requirement as the roads in Soller are very tight. The host did let us know in advance.

Trying to get to the property. very narrow streets and a large car.

The host was extremely kind, he set up table tennis for us and even drove us to the airport. The house is up a steep hill however the host also helped carry our suitcase up it. The location is secluded but close to town and close to bus stops for day trips. The grounds were gorgeous with lounge chairs and an outdoor table surrounded by beautiful plants.

The streets are narrow. We didn’t rent a car but if you rented a car make sure it is small. The house is also up a steep hill, which would be difficult with many large suitcases.

Beautiful place, with a great view to the mountains, very relaxing, quiet and placed amongst orange and lemon trees. Very well equipped - there was everything we needed. The host was very helpful and easy to contact.

Streets around are very narrrow, we left the car at the roundabout downstairs and it wasnt a problem, except once coming first time with the bags.

The view and the setting of the property is stunning. The host was very friendly and extremely helpful. She even drove us to a local supermarket on our first evening. The outdoor seating area was special.

The property was difficult to access by car. This should be mentioned in the details so that visitors know and can ensure hiring of suitably small car to cope with tight streets in Soller. Also the directions to locate the property were not detailed enough. Fortunately we were rescued by a neighbour.
