Kalypso Residence

Everything was five star! Depie, our host, was proactive in her communication and always responded quickly. She was most helpful with ideas and tips on the region. We arrived at Kalypso to a stunning, airy, spotlessly clean house. Beautiful decor and beautiful views of the bay and Methoni castle. There was a basket of delicious gifts and a bottle of water and wine cooled in the fridge! Everything was generous - bath products, Nessoresso coffee pods replenished daily, butter and milk. The bed was really comfortable and the bed linen and towels were of a luxurious quality. The daily service was excellent. The setting is amazing! Amongst an olive grove, lavender and rosemary , and within five minutes drive to the beach. The pool is. Completely private, crystal clear and refreshing. We didn’t want to leave !

Merely a suggestion … the upstairs patio furniture could be a little more comfortable for watching those beautiful sunsets.

At this fantastic apartment you are surrounded by a mediterranean garden with a private pool and a view of the sea. That's really tough to beat for a relaxing Greek vacation. The apartment is immaculate with daily housekeeping and nice touches like a bottle of wine and local treats like olives and spoon sweets. The beds are really comfortable. That said, Methoni is less than a five min drive a way with some great restaurants, a small beach, and the ruins of a Venetian Castle. It's very easy to stay multiple days here and you won't want to leave.

The pillows are a little heavy.

Impeccable style. Everything is thought of! Very comfortable and luxurious. The private pool for each unit is stellar. The host cheerfully helped us last minute several times with a taxi, and she was extremely proactive and thoughtful.

The walk to town and the beach takes about 15 minutes, but it is a fantastic walk!

Stunning villa. Beautiful views. Gorgeous sunsets and wonderful starlit skies. So comfortable and well kept. A brilliant find.

Set amongst olive groves, Kalypso residence was everything I imagined it to be and more! The bonus was having our own pool and villa to ourselves. It all felt like home.
