Casa Tara - 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa with private pool

Magnifique Villa avec vue sur la mer, la terrasse est juste incroyable ! Les propriétaires sont très réactifs par WhatsApp et extrêmement gentils. Nous avons loué cette villa pour des vacances en famille nous étions 10 et que de bons moments, piscine, jaccuzi, les repas sur la terrasse, ping pong, ..... Chaque chambre à sa salle de bain 👍 Très bien placé, proche de tout, le centre ville est à quelques minutes en voiture avec un lidl et un grand centre commercial avec un macdo et des restaurants, la mer, le port et les boutiques. Nous avions loué deux voitures à l'aéroport pour pouvoir profiter de toute l'île et c'est préférable à pied tout est loin. Il y a quand même beaucoup de vent nous ne pensions pas, prévoir une veste chaude quand même 😉

Maison très bien équipée et très agréable pour un grand groupe (9 personnes). Grande piscine, spa, table de ping-pong, grande terrasse. Bel emplacement. Calme.

The area was close enough to the city that walking wasn't impossible, but secluded enough to make it feel like that section of the country was just for us. It was a beautiful, private house with excellent attention from the hosts to make our stay a good one. 10/10

The roads leading up to the house made it a bit difficult to cross on foot, but I can't fault the house for that

Lovely homely villa. Plenty of space for extended family of parents with adult children. Outside areas were great.

Excellent location for a quiet retreat. Good facilities and close to all necessary amenities by car. Superb diving and snorkeling locations close by. Very close to airport and central hub by car. No traffic or social noise whatsoever. Superb view from all terraces and pool area.

Villa is obviously for commercial use with little love put in. Real communication problems between hosts and guest: we had 10am via booking.com agreed to leave and cleaners entered the building telling us to get out as they had been told to clean at 9am.

Everything,from the pool to the size of property,we had a great time,nice walk into PDC and usually a taxi back,everything you need is in the villa,

The property was extremely spacious with plenty of room for all the family. Facilities were superb, with everything you could possibly need. The heated swimming pool and jacuzzi were especially good. The property is a little remote but this adds to its charm. Fantastic views from the terrace. A hire car is essential.

The villa itself was lovely. The pool and jacuzzi were fantastic and the kitchen was wonderful. The villa is really well situated, and it was easy to get around the island while being a short walk into Puerto del Carmen. Our hosts were incredibly gracious and provided lots of very useful information about the area, as well as very clear information about arrivals.

Two of the bedrooms (the master suite and the twin room) had an ant problem, so we had to buy some ant traps. There was a bit of confusion around deposits, as nobody arrived on the first day to collect the deposit and on the day of checkout, we had to call the maintenance manager to come and return the deposit and take the keys off us. Maybe some clearer communication is needed between the owners and manager. The entrance to the driveway is also in need of some repairs as the stones are starting to give way.
