The gardens and view would be wonderful when all surrounding construction projects are completed.

When we arrived the house was completely shuttered and extremely musty. I noticed scented candles everywhere and understand why. Unbearable construction noise from next door and below from 8am to 7pm. Jack hammering, a crane, backhoe etc. rendered the beautiful garden useless. Kitchen is dated and some drawers & cupboards falling apart, rusty dish drainer, old food in the fridge, coffee machine extremely dirty. Ant infestations in the bathrooms. A thorough deep cleaning of the home including upholstery is needed. I Notified the agent of noise and was told they may not have a permit for the work next door? also agent was completely unaware of the new home construction below (even as there was a giant crane towering over the project) I was given no remedy. I do have photo's and video of all issues I'm addressing.
