The staff were fantastic & the external setting was delightful.

The upkeep & maintenance was appalling. The air conditioning wasn’t operating & from past reviews back as far as January 2023 the air conditioning wasn’t working so the owner knew this was a problem but failed to fix it. We had 3 nights of sleep deprivation which made our stay even worse. In addition, given Bali is a cash economy our holiday money had to be kept under our pillows as the safe didn’t work either.

"Great Villa, aircon needs upgrade."

Great and spacious villa, very well maintained. Ade and the team are responsive and the beds are quite comfortable.

2 aircon units didn’t work well and they came to service them - despite that one of them continued to fail (main dorm) and we couldn’t sleep properly in that room for the couple of days we stayed. Fans are noisy too.

"FANTASTIC WONDERFUL VILLA! Would love to return one day."

The villa is breath-taking when you first enter. It's spacious and inviting! The hosts are wonderful - beautiful breakfast cooked daily at a time of your choice (nothing is too much trouble for them), villa cleaned daily, garden & pool maintained daily. Villa host organised us drivers when needed, a doctor for our youngest child one day & organised any trips we wanted to take (much cheaper also than going through websites yourself). The villa has everything you need, fresh filtered water, appliances, air-con, plenty of areas to relax both outdoors and indoors. The location is great! Walking distance to a beach, cliff for sunsets, shops, restaurants etc.

"Villa kaatii"

It was a lovely relaxed setting and had good restaurants within walking distance

There was a night club around the corner and two nights out of our stay,the music was extremely loud.
