"Beautiful venue but would not return- understaffed."

The rooms were absolutely stunning with gorgeous views of the beach from afar. Free shuttle service to close areas. Kindly offered complimentary late checkout due to our schedule changing a few times- very understanding.

There was only about 2-4 staff working who didn’t know much English. We struggled to not only find staff (walking around trying to find them) but communicate what we needed due to the language barriers. We pre ordered breakfast one morning and they were 20 minutes late which meant we ran late for our other plans for the day. It was a truly gorgeous place but the staffing did not reflect that. Even with little things like having to take out own bags to the car (not major but service you’d expect at a villa/ resort/ hotel.
