3 bedroom villa - Walk to Bingin Beach

Good location. Clean Good facilities

Stayed for 4 days Every day there was a cleaner in villa for over 2 hours Working around guests . One day there was a pool cleaner during the day working around the pool Next day gardener came into the villa. Preference would be to have these services when guests not in villa and not disturb privacy.

A wonderful villa in a fantastic location! Just a short walk from shops, the beach, restaurants, and local markets, it made everything super convenient. The villa itself is spacious and well-suited for families — we traveled with kids, and it had plenty of room for everyone to relax. The setup made for a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for families or groups looking for a great home base near all the essentials!

Loved the location (we walked to Bingin Beach & it’s close to The Cashew Tree for delicious breakfasts) The villa was perfect for our groups (3 teens and us parents). We relaxed by the pool & the used the exercise equipment. There is secure parking if needed. The kitchen area was spacious and well equipped however we were with walking distance to many restaurants/cafes we didn’t use it. We only wished we could have stayed longer.

There is construction next door and so we were careful to lock up when we left the property as the boundary on the kitchen side isn’t fully secure.
