Totul! Intr-un cuvant ne-a placut totul , locatia este superba, aproape de oras, aproape de plaje , de locatiile unde se inchiriaza barcile. A fost foarte curat, toate utilitatile necesare inclusiv biciclete sa te plimbi prin zona,de piscina nu mai vorbesc, serile dupa o zi pe plaja cu prietenii in piscina sunt memorabile. Insa cel mai mult am fost incantati de proprietar, Fotis, de o amabilitate rara, cand am ajuns am gasit frigiderul plin cu absolut tot ce aveam nevoie de la bauturi la fructe si snekuri, pe langa asta Fotis are si cel mai bun restaurant din Nidri, The Barrel, pe care il recomand cu toata increderea, mancare excelenta, sa nu mai zic ca si aici Fotis intotdeauna ne-a dat ceva din partea casei, discounturi, bauturi gratis...etc. Vom reveni garantat si pentru o perioada mult mai lunga.

Great location, easy access to beach and shops/supermarkets. Great local restaurants. Lovely views and Panagiotis was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Close to quite a noisy road but didn’t really matter.

Fantastic villa. Very well appointed, very clean. Good Aircon. Amazing sunbeds. Owner very helpful and responsive.

Small walk to shop or bars ( although they offered to shop and get delivered).

Everything was wonderful! The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and cozy. The host was extremely kind and helpful. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for relaxing. I was very pleased with my stay!

Beautiful villa in a beautiful convenient location. Very comfortable. Creature comforts, witness the sunrise over the mountains, access to the beach across the road. Central to either side of the island. Attention to detail in small things to make your stay comfortable. Panagiotis went out of his way to make our stay memorable.

I had an amazing stay. The Villa was incredible and people were so amazing that made our stay perfect.

The property was beautifully designed and lovely vacation oasis. It’s a bit of a bummer that the three-bedroom condo didn’t offer a heated pool when the other condos did, seeing as the water wasn’t warm and it could be chilly outside but the place was very relaxing. Kitchen was a nice size and it was great haven a half bath on the main floor, too.

While the design was beautiful, we were pretty disappointed reaching the third bedroom on the top floor. The photos were difficult to get a true sense of the room but it was not made for adults. We were a party of 5, and I understand trying to make vacation homes “kid-friendly” but it was a downer after seeing the amazingly large and spacious two bedrooms. My husband is 6ft tall and was constantly hitting his head on the right ceiling upstairs. Our shower/toilet combo is as kind of a joke and took away the allure that the other two bedrooms provided (it was basically a train bathroom/shower and it got water everywhere). If you’re above 5ft tall, you will not be comfortable in this room. It just felt like an afterthought once you saw how incredible the rest of the house was. Maybe once the construction is don you’ll be able to walk comfortably to town but I was let down by the confinement of the property. You NEED a car if you’re going to stay here and cannot easily walk into the downtown. Nikianas downtown is also pretty lacking compared to neighboring Nydri which is much more walkable and has many more things to do.
