1000 SILVERS -Farm Stay

The stay at thousand silvers was comfortable. Simple accomodation and good food were the highlights. Limited people at the stay made the stay were peaceful Swamy and Manju were very helpful and ever smiling.. Food cooked by Manju was tasty. Both of them catered to the guests very well and also offered room service.

Nice relaxing stay. Not very costly. The premises were clean and well maintained.

As this is located in outskirts of Mysore, there are no eateries nearby. Given this scenario, the food in the stay could have been better. We had expected the food to be more homely. The food was very rich and not that great.

The place is calm and away from all the city hustle if you want a quiet weekend, this could be your right place. We went with a 1.5 year old baby and i was looking for a place that would serve fresh food and a calm environment so my baby won't go cranky all evening. The villa was quiet, had a few farm animals that kept my little one entertained just looking at them. Hospitality was great, we felt like being home. And the premises is well maintained. We enjoyed the home cooked food and came back home satisfied.

We found it hard to find the place at night, gmaps took us around on an unknown road. Took us more than one and a half hours to reach the resort from the city when it actually showed 32 mins because we were going on an apparently short route. Internet was a struggle there. They had a TV with good connection to a few ott. Would've been so much more comfortable if we had proper wifi and TV. Like we'd relax and our toddler would still get to see her favourite music.
