Het huis, het zwembad, de jacuzzi en de host.

Het enige minpuntje was dat de matrassen erg hard waren. Dit was voor sommige van de groep echt te hard om goed te kunnen slapen, maar voor andere prima. Maar dat is dan ook echt het enige negatieve aan dit geweldige verblijf.

Hat nichts direkt mit der Villa zu tun. Es waren die Parkgebühren in Dubrovnik, selbst, die wir für ziemlich hoch hielten und somit auch Abstand von Öfteren Besuchen dort genommen haben

Pool very deep

We had a great family holiday at Villa Joe in August 2025, and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Everywhere in the villa was spotlessly clean. The outside eating area was perfect for a lazy lunch and for long evenings eating and chatting. The pool area was large enough for all the guests to relax comfortably with enough sunbeds for all. The kitchen was very well equipped, and easy to prepare meals for a large group. The host was lovely, she lives in the area, and responded immediately to any questions or issues.

Villan var helt magisk. Vi var där med vår familj och allas respektive totalt 10 + bebis. Värden Amila var helt grym och väldigt hjälpsam med minsta lilla. Allt som man behövde fanns där. Tog 7 min att gå från flygplatsen. Vi stördes inte av flygplanen. 3 min med bil fanns mataffär och ett lunchställe som erbjöd take away. Väldigt gott och mycket att välja på. 6 min med bil/Bolt till Cavtat. Såå mysig liten by. Huset var även väldigt bra planerat. Och perfekt AC😅 Vi kommer komma tillbaka hit igen, 😎

Location was fantastic - being close to the airport also meant the taxi's were never a problem. The villa itself was beautiful and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully kitted out with everything, close walk to the nearest local shop as well which was very helpful. The host was so accommodating and was available for any questions or assistance. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic villa! Would definitely recommend it. The aircon bedrooms were really lovely, great kitchen (the ice machine and chilled water were so welcomed), beautiful clean pool, comfy loungers and a fantastic hot tub. We were a group of 10 and there was plenty of space and seating. We loved it! It was a gorgeous place to relax. There were so many lovely touches that made our stay easier - plentiful towels, washing tablets for the washing machine and dishwasher, seasonings for cooking, washing up liquid etc. These were great thanks. It was brilliant being able to walk to and from the villa from the airport (along a very good path). We didn't hire a car and wondered if we would regret it but it was a great decision. We used Ubers to get to Cavtat and Dubrovnik which spared us from having to find parking. We walked to the supermarket & excellent local restaurant (not a great walk but ok) and cycled to the supermarket on the bikes provided, which worked well. We heard no road noise and very few flights from the airport. It was peaceful and gorgeous. Amila, our host, was really lovely, welcoming and helpful. Thanks so much for the delicious traditional biscuit platter on arrival and the lovely souvenirs!

Large rooms, number of bathrooms, big kitchen and common area, great pool and hot tub. Very clean. Excellent beds. Super helpful host.

Beautiful property which is lovingly kept to a very high standard - Amila a lovely charming host who was very helpful - we had a fantastic time - can’t wait to go back

Nothing everything was perfect

Villa Joe was amazing and Amila was the perfect host. The villa itself is beautiful with every feature you can think of to have a great holiday with a well equipped kitchen, pool, hot tub, sauna and games room. All of the rooms are clean, comfortable and have their own bathrooms, we had 10 guests in total and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. We came to celebrate my mothers 75th birthday and Amila organised the most beautiful and delicious eggless cake for us from a local baker. We also chose to cook at the villa on a few nights and were pleasantly surprised at the high quality kitchenware which was so great to cook with making things so much easier for us and we even tried out the BBQ one night! The villa is in a great location right next to the airport but you would never know as we were never disturbed by planes flying by and the villa is nicely tucked away so it feels very private. Amila also gave us hire car details which was perfect as we were able to pick up cars on arrival to use during our stay so we also travelled across the border to Montenegro for a day trip and went to Dubrovnik city centre on a few occasions. Everyone had a great time but Amila makes it feel extra special by being the perfect host with her warmth and hospitality. Thank you Amila for such a great stay!
