The home was beautiful and the location was so close to everything.

I want to share some important feedback regarding our recent stay at your property. • Several members of our group are allergic to cats, and we were not warned that there are seven cats living on the property. This caused discomfort and limited use of the space for some of us. • Cat droppings were found on the outdoor furniture, which made it unusable at times. • We also experienced an ant problem during our stay. • The cleaning service was essentially nonexistent—there was only a broom provided, but no dustpan, and the property was not adequately maintained. • There was no garbage pickup service provided, which led to additional inconvenience. • Additionally, the groundskeeper entered the property to work without prior notice, which was unsettling. These issues significantly impacted our experience, and we feel they should have been disclosed or better managed in advance. We appreciate your attention to these matters and hope this feedback helps improve future guest experiences.
