المكان جميل من ناحية النظافه والترتيب ومتوفر جميع الالتزامات

انصح لمن لديه اطفال عدم زيارة المكان المكان للكبار الذي ليس لديهم صوت نهائياً .. يوجد جاره بجانب الفيلا لاتتحمل اي صوت ابداً كان معاي اطفالي ويلعبون اثناء السباحه وخلال يومين فقط لم تتحمل اي همس وصوت بسيط من الاطفال ىكانت دائماً تفتح الشباك وتشمتنا وتسب واخر يوم دخلو علينا الشرطه ببلاغ منها الشرطة دخلت بدون استئذان وانا واطفالي نرتدي المايوه وبدون لبس الحجاب ودخلت علينا بدون استئذان وكان ببلاغ من الجاره .. دخله الوعب الى قلب اطفالي وتحولت سعادتنا الى خوف .. الشرطه لم تفعل لنا اي شي لانها لم ترا اي شيء مخالف مني والجاره كانت تبالغ انا فعلاً منتبه على اطفالي ودائما معاهم ولكن الجاره عجوز ولا تتحمل حتى الصوت الطبيعي صوت الاطفال الطبيعي لاتتحمله … الشرطه رأت اننا لم نفعل شي وذهبت … انصح وبشده للي عنده اطفال يبتعد عن المكان المكان غير صالح لاطفال لان لايوجد طفل ليس لذيه صوت والجاره لاتريد اي صوت نهائي … المكان جميل ولكن لن اكرر الزياره بسبب الجاره وبسبب عدم احترام صاحب الفيلا لنا وهو يعلم ان الشرطه اتت ولم يقول لي متأسف على شي …. اقيم المكان من ناحية النظافه والجمال ممتاز اما من ناحية تعامل صاحب الفيلا والجاره صفر من مئه

Bonjour nous avons passer un très bon sejour a damla pansyon. Nous étions 2 familles Proche des petits commerces , cette villa spacieuse avec plusieurs chambre est très bien placé, piscine très propre immense jardin avec une jolie verdure Le personnel mr cemil très réactif et très gentil Je recommande cette villa

الفله واسعه ثلاث غرف نوم وثلاث حمامات وصاله واسعه وغرفه ضيوف الموقع مظاهره لشارع بغداد حيث المطاعم والكافيهات والسوبر ماركت الحقيقه أجمل من الصور

Just you need to check the a/c there are some sound from them

The villa was very big with baby bed sheets and towels and many extra beds all the kitchen equipments were there. The swimming pool was very good and clean. The location was very good near bagdad street and Rustum pasha street where you can find many coffee shops and restaurants

All the furnitures were old style and the WiFi was weak

When we arrived the villa was closed we waited a long time until they answered the phone and told me you don't have a reservation with us, then he told us no reservation because your credit card didn't work.. Although the amount was paid by credit card, I sent them a screenshot to prove it, After a long wait they sent the doorman to open the gate, it was so disappointing we wasted our time waiting in front of the villa gate. The lights in the villa are mostly not working Lots of garden seat cushions were throw inside the villa, the bathroom upstairs smelled bad, the fridge smelled bad too, The wifi is very very weak, some of the covers in the rooms are not clean, it seems that not all of them have been replaced We wouldn't come back again
