Lovely modern villa with big rooms, air con, sun trap of a swimming area, relaxing environment and most things that you’d need while on holiday

There were no cleaning products, or sanitary equipment in the villa. For example, no dishwasher tablets, no soap, no bin liners - despite needing to place toilet roll in the bin after user (rather than flush down the toilet). If you’re going to ask guests to do this, please help us to do so!

Excellent accommodation - nice outside area with pool. Easy access to the beach and other parts of Val do Lobo and Val Do Garao. A hire car is advisable but Ubers are easy to get. The bedrooms and bathrooms are excellent. Everything we needed. Clean and tidy. Excellent comms with the owner / manager and really good value for money. Can recommend these owners and their lovely property.

Big and spacious rooms plus house, nice pool in the property, amazing showers and good features of shutters.

Before entering the property the code that was given was wrong so we had to guess the code and some how entered the property we even tried calling all available numbers that was given to us didn’t even work or did not connect. The beds was so uncomfortable to sleep on the sheets felt damp and where every thin. The cleaning area wasn’t fully that great even the pillows had marks on them ( have photos to prove all these comments) The door at the back doesn’t shut properly, the building had a few patches on the walls looked like a quick job was done. Top room bathroom when turning the fan on made a horrible sound as well as there was mould building up on top window. The pool heating was not working even found a cigarette bud on the floor at the back as well didn’t say on email about cleaning and taking rubbish out like I don’t mind doing it but please explain in email before hand because we was wondering what we pay for cleaning service for. Just a lot of stuff had a few issues for the amount of money we paid for. Found a toe nail on the sofa as well the first aid kit was completely empty. Everything was great. The place is equipped with everything you need.

it’s new and very clean. the location is good, 15 minutes walk to the beach.
