The property is modern and boasts a lovely pool and lounging area The included spa was AMAZING and everything we needed after 3 weeks of nonstop travel. We also paid for massages and those were lovely as well. The grounds would be even more beautiful when the oranges are ripe! The host was kind, very helpful and attentive. He even drove us on a few errands which was very nice! Kitchen worked great for cooking AC worked great We felt very safe behind the locked gate and had tons of privacy within the walls of the property Come here to relax, not necessarily to explore. There are some local restaurants close and the beach but this would be somewhere you come to take a break from the hustle and bustle unless you have a car. There is a grocery store but it’s about a 10 minute bike ride. The host provides bikes that work for the trip but aren’t extremely comfortable for much more than the necessities. This place is set up wonderfully, it would be amazing to rent the entire property as a big family too!

No points docked for these things in my opinion but just putting them out there Kitchen only has necessary utensils, most likely you’ll have to buy oil/seasonings of your own unless you get lucky and there are left over from a previous guest. However again the store is 10 minutes away and oil cost is €3 so no big deal on our end. There are bugs on bugs on bugs. Bring your bug spray for sure but you’re in an orange grove, there’s not a lot you can do to avoid it and the property is well groomed and maintained to keep the bugs down as much as I’m sure is possible.

The beach, the bikes, the train stop, the privacy, the amenities, pretty much everything. I highly suggest this for a family gathering.

Maybe the mosquitos. But we were in an orange grove and that is to be expected.

Our host did everything to make us feel home. We were treated like guests, not like customers. It was a very special visit under the orange trees.

The pictures truly express the reality. The best thing about this house is the host. He is a great man who helped us in everything during our stay and we enjoyed his company every day. All guests gathered together in the evenings to have dinner. The swimming pool was always clean. The house is 5 minutes walk from beach and train station.

The location is not amazing, it's in a very quiet neighborhood. There is only 1 supermarket. There are no cafes in walking distance.

The villa was spacious and clean with a nice swimming pool. A 5 minute walk from the beach. Cefalu was only a 10 minute drive.

Perfect area with pool and beautiful orange trees. Great houses with all that you need to cook and hang out. Host was very welcoming, helpful and at ones disposal.

The small heated pool could have been a bit warmer :)
