views, pool, spacious, well equipped, fantastic communication with owner along with offering help at any given opportunity

if you’re wanting to cook meals in every night the kitchen isn’t equipped to the fullest however basics are there and are more than adequate. Stalida only 15 minute walk where many food options lay.

The view cannot be described in words, it was truly beautiful. The villa is located in a quiet spot on a hill in the countryside. It was spotlessly clean with comfortable spaces to sleep, cook and rest. The host ready to serve us in whatever we needed.

"Cannot recommend Villa Xenia enough - exactly like the photo's, we loved it!"

The villa was exactly like the photo's; modern, brand new, clean and beautifully decorated. The pool was great, not heated, but absolutely fine (June). Big pool area with nice sunbeds. The view was just amazing and so quiet and peaceful as top of a hill. Two terraces with table/chairs, one on the pool level under cover, so great when it got hot. The other upstairs with an umbrella, with an even better view. There were individual air conditioning units in each room, which was really good. The host was great, on time on arrival and on leaving, and super helpful throughout - a really lovely guy. We loved the location as about a 10-12 minute walk down to the beach/bars/restaurants of Stalis, which was just the best, we cannot praise it enough, so many bars & restaurants, superb food in all the ones we tried and the people were just so friendly EVERYWHERE you went. We got a taxi back up the hill to the villa for 10 euros, which was nothing. There is a taxi rank, but the bars/restaurants will also call a cab for you. Stalis was recommended to me by someone that has been going there for years, I now understand why! We will be going back.

There was nothing that we didn't like!! It is a long walk up the hill, so we got a taxi back, which some people may not like, but it was so worth it for the view and the villa. We loved it!
