Very clean and comfortable. Very caring kind staff.

A bit too isolated from everything.

The staff were wonderful. Attentive, thoughtful, kind and friendly. We loved our mornings with the hostess greeting us and the amazing Asian breakfasts we requested.

The property itself is great. Very spacious with a nice pool. Location wise, it would have been great if there were a couple of daily shuttles included as the cost of getting around the island is quite pricey.

If you're looking for a great spot to spend 6-10 days and NOT in the super busy area that is Lamai or Chaweng, Lotus Samui is the best possible pick - mainly due to the staff.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The staff members were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout our entire stay. They were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests, making us feel truly valued as guests. The villa we booked was a true haven of comfort and luxury. The moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by a tastefully decorated and impeccably maintained space. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the villa, from the high-quality furnishings to the luxurious amenities provided. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the spacious bathroom with modern fixtures added an extra touch of indulgence. what I mostly liked is the affordability of this remarkable villa. Despite the luxurious experience it provided, the price was surprisingly reasonable. We stayed there for a whole week. The villa has 2 bedrooms, and a private small swimming pool : all in all it corresponds to the description. It is VERY clean, quiet, spacious, well equipped and well maintained. I would recommend this place for a family. A few words about the beach : clean and quiet, we had the feeling it is a private one, although not. And last but not least : a special mention to the staff members who deserve the top ranking for their professionalism, dedication, courtesy and friendliness. We are very grateful to the manager Jenny for her kindness, availability, and responsive support, always providing a solution to our problems. In short a dream team. I would undoubtedly stay there again during the next trip to Koh Samui.
