Villa Victoire 3BR Sea View & Private Pool

The house looks better in person. The view is exceptional. It is a gated house so it’s quite safe. It was clean and welcoming. Thank you Siam team for everything.

It was very easy to access. Siam team sent all the information to make it easy. The villa is exactly as we see in the picture. The sea view was great! Thank you so much for having us. Highly recommended!

I do not recommend this accommodation. For this money you can rent a beautiful villa with a garden near the sea with daily cleaning. The villa was worn out, the furniture was old or not maintained, the shelves in the kitchen could not be opened, the dishes were completely moldy (it was replaced the next day). But the kitchen did not smell nice. The sunbeds on the terrace were old, rotten, it was impossible to lie on them. It is clear that the owner does not care for the villa and does not maintain it. The people from the agency were nice and tried to help. Will not come to this place again

The location was perfect and away from the hustle and bustle of the main road and town. The swimming pool was a great size to swim lengths.

The property is showing signs of aging. Broken glass around the perimeter of the outside area. The property was advertised as having a jacuzzi but this didn’t work. Upon arrival, the villa automatic gates didn’t work however a short conversation with the property manager and help arrived within minutes to change the remote batteries. The air conditioning in one of the bedrooms leaked, soaking the bed linen.

Everything in the property was okay.

I didn’t like that some random people are coming to spray for some bugs, to get the electricity or a potential buyer and you have to be there to open the door…these kind of things has to be done when there isn’t any guests.

This is an excellent villa. Spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It looks exactly as shown in the photos. The slightly elevated position gives views across to Koh Pha Ngan and means it catches the breeze. Situated in a low-key part of Maenam it is 15 minutes walk to some nice beach bars and restaurants. There are also simple restaurants nearer to the property.

Everything was great. Liked the pool, comfortable beds, cleanliness. In the villa, you'll find everything you might need.

The staff was very friendly and provided top-notch service. The interior of the villa was stunning and immaculately kept. One of the highlights of the area was the local restaurant which served amazing local cuisine. It was great to have such delicious food nearby. Overall, I had a wonderful time spent with my family and friends. I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful retreat in Thailand.
