"A few tiny things could be improved but overall fantastic"

Very comfortable accommodation. Clean, tidy & beautifully decorated villa. Everything we could need was in the villa

The A/C turned itself off throughout the 2nd night of stay. If we realised there was a timer to the A/C we would have changed how we used it. Both showers were quite slow to drain. Needed to call for the access pin to enter villa.

Excellent terrace style villa with a great fit out, excellent kitchen laundry and bathrooms. Luxurious shower in the ensuite. Large lounge room and TV. Great air conditioning system which kept the place warm. Good outdoor area that would be great in summer with full access from the living area. The villa is very close to the centre of Bathurst and easy parking out the front.

My only problem was getting up from of the super soft lounge suite. Maybe a bit low for that level of softness for these old knees!

Love this apartment. Stayed for a week while working in Bathurst. The apartment has everything you need to stay for an extended time.

"A Home away from home"

The Villa was very clean, modern, very comfortable and well presented. The location was close to the town centre. The communication with the owner was prompt with clear instructions at short notice. I would highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed!

Location, Modernness, comfort,bathrooms.kitchen

A coffee machine would have been good. Instant coffee is not to my taste so had to go out a buy coffee, also there were only 2 teabags But that was OK as I usually bring my own . I have stayed in less well appointed apartments who have provided a Nespresso and since everything else was top quality, instant coffee a step down. BUT that is our only complaint and we got around it.
