The place is in a really beautiful location. Unfortunately this is the only good thing.

We were at the place 2 years ago and it was really amazing experience. Just two years later and it is more or less ruined: 1) No block breakfast, which was the wow before. The breakfast now is laughable- “English breakfast”, or two croissants - in the heart of the balkan, no local or traditional breakfast. 2) Unlike before, the dinner was mainly pasta and or a cheap fish. We paid, but didn’t have any wish to taste the “lunch”. 3) Before it was quiet, with unique atmosphere- now it was a kindergarten, including owners kids. 4) At least -we played a bit of “hide and seek” with the waitress lady, 5) The SPA area is now slowly disintegrating and the beautiful view outside is almost not visible due to the dirty windows. Its a shame how bad things can became for no reason at all.

Calm & beautiful and relaxing atmosphere! Wonderful terrace and view! The location is very convenient - several eco trials starts in the vicinity of the villa. The town of Teteven is also at 30-40 min walking distance. The rooms are comfy and clean. The interior of the entire villa is beautiful and cosy. Very polite and helpful staff. Thank you so much for contributing to the nice holidays experience in the mountains of Teteven!

Perhaps the breakfast menu should include some more vegetable & fruits options. Nevertheless we can’t complain at all as the food was delicious and the staff always managed to support our more particular requests in terms of changing components.

Excellent location, big and clean rooms.

The prices in restaurant are a bit overpriced.

No lift, no water in the spa or in the room or anywhere else, no bin in the room, no fridge in the room, only two pillows and one sheet on the bed, no duvets, the glasses in the room were dirty, the window seal was full of dead flies, no hangers for the towels, bathrobes, the lamp was almost falling down from the ceiling
