Spotless clean and has everything you could think of in the house , could fault it one bit

Beautiful modern house. Full range of facilities - washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen utilities. Comfortable beds. Close to the town centre. Spotless clean.

Great location and spacious house that suited our needs during a recent trip

I was surprised that a security deposit was required,I never noticed this at the point of booking if I had them it would have affected my choice, stayed in other houses during our recent visit and no deposit was required On arrival at the house,I was disgusted to find a half smoked cigarette left on the kitchen counter, not a good start giving my expectations of this property, contacted host details provided and informed them of this matter as I never wanted my deposit being affected by this , at this point we left the property for 5 hours and on our return this cigarette was still there, if this had been my property I would have been round straight away and removed the issue and left a token by means of apology,but nothing was done , certainly emails and messages saying sorry about this but in my opinion a gesture of good will would have made this more palatable

A great night away with the family, absolutely everything provided, right down to the cutlery. The place was so clean and quiet. The host kept us up to date at all times. The location was perfect and close to all. Will 100% be back!

Everything, beds so comfortable, shower downstairs was so large and always hot water, outside area was great with the picnic tables, beautiful house.

The Stairs, my sister fell from the last two steps, it is very difficult to see the last step as it blends in with the colour of the floor, so you don’t realise that there is another step down .

We rented the place during a bad weather so we could enjoy the leisure area (Jacuzzi etc). Unfortunately this wasn't possible. Not too sure if the place wasn't prepared to receive us or just unlucky but we arrived at checking time to find out house wasn't ready and later at night when we booked the jacuzzi we were upset to know it wouldn't work. Staff assisting by whatsapp was very accommodating but we wouldn't have taken the trip if we knew there was a problem with the leisure area. Overall we just felt that the management could have prepared better to receive us - simple as checking the jacuzzi before the check in if you are expecting your guests to use it. It would be useful to have the person doing the check in to also show us how to use appliances and heating. Everything in the house is really modern but very hard to navigate. Something as simple as turning on the heating and oven took us alot of time. House is not big. Rooms are small. I wouldn't recommend for more than 5 people.

The cleaner had been in prior but the floors were filthy and not hoovered and there was dirty kids sick on the floor in the lounge.
