Staff is courteous and tries to address basic needs

There was a long power cut and property does not have power generator .. and due to this, water supply was also disrupted.. there was no water in toilets, kitchen basin at all for hours. Host is not reachable on given contact number for emergencies as it goes to voice mail

The location was great and the stay was overall good value for money. Wonderful swimming pool and garden. Very kind and helpful staff!

Oven, dishwasher and outdoor shower is not in function. The house is in older condition and needs some maintenance. Poor wifi connection.

lots of bugs but that is normal in Bali

The breakfast options were excellent & so much food provided! The garden area & pool was lovely. Most beds were comfortable. The onsite staff were super lovely & helpful - although we had some difficulties with language barrier, we did manage to converse with them. One of our family members was very unwell & we the onsite staff were incredibly helpful with contacting local Medic to come to our villa & do a consult. Great location around the back of The Cashew Tree & some great cafe's / restaurant's within walking distance.

Finding the villa was a bit of a challenge & thankfully our taxi driver was able to speak to the onsite staff for us to understand where the entrance to the villa was. For a villa that can sleep 8 people, we found they could have had more seating area. The outside table only had 5 seats (we had to carefully carry the extra 3 chairs down from the mezzanine level) & the day bed, although fabulously big, could have done to have a cushion seat on it. Although there are 2 showers, one is actually situated in a step down bath, which didn't suit us. Probably not suited to more than 6 guests.
