Casa Cavi Istria

Posizione fantastica, luogo molto silenzioso e rilassante, nella casa era presente tutto e molto di più. Camere spaziose con ognuna il proprio bagno, cucina enorme e salotto comodo. Pulizia ottima in tutta la casa, in piscina e nella sauna, molto curato anche il giardino. Esterno eccellente con portico dove poter mangiare, piscina stupenda ed è presente pure la sauna. Il mio nipotino di 6 anni si è divertito un mondo in piscina ed anche noi adulti! E non da ultimo, molto importante la gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria. Ogni giorno chiedeva se andava tutto, ci ha consigliato dei ristoranti della zona, abbiamo potuto persino rimanere nella casa oltre l'orario previsto per il check out, permettendoci di ripartire con calma.

L'unica cosa.. il tempo in quanto durante il soggiorno non è stato bellissimo ma ovviamente non dipende da nessuno 😀 Peccato solo non aver prenotato per più giorni!!!

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Pool, in einer traumhaft ruhigen Gegend

A beautiful villa in a very quiet place. Very comfortable beds, each room has a toilet with a shower. Large kitchen with everything you need. The pool is wonderful, clean, for my 12 year old daughter, who is 152 cm tall, the depth is up to her neck. So I did not worry when she swam. Everyone was very pleased. )

Casa Cavi is a true gem in the heart of Istria! The house is spacious, beautifully designed, and surrounded by a huge, peaceful garden. We loved the private sauna, large pool, and relaxing terrace. The kitchen is well-equipped. Perfect for a relaxing getaway with family or friends – we left completely recharged!

Exceptional experience! Casa Cavi is a new, perfectly designed, clean and equipped villa with all the necessary appliances, making our stay incredibly comfortable. One additional highlight of our stay was spa zone with sauna, providing a perfect way to relax after a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. Villa’s location is excellent for exploring well known Istrian vineries, restaurants and beautiful historical cities (Groznjan, Motovun, Hum…)

Additional great added value was the flexibility with the check-out time, which allowed us to enjoy our last day without any rush. The host was always available for advice and provided us with great recommendations for lunch spots in the area. 


The property is very clean, well equipped, the pool is great. Every room has its own bathroom. We loved it.
