Please be aware that the property does not have a reception. Please inform Clarence House-Windsor-Parking-5 Bed in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly using the details provided in your confirmation. Guest will receive an online contract that must be completed along with government-issued photo identification before their arrival. The minimum age for making a booking is 25 years old. For all adult group bookings, each guest must be verified and at least 25 years old. To verify their age and identity, each guest in an all-adult group will be required to provide a photo ID, a selfie, and an address. A payment link will be sent for a £500 security deposit, which is fully refundable upon a satisfactory check-out inspection. Payment must be made at least 7 working days before check-in. Please note that quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. Clarence House does not accommodate parties, events, stag or hen groups, or any similar gatherings. Only verified guests can access the property; unauthorized guests outside of the booking are not allowed access to the premises or inside the property. Please be aware that all special requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply. For bookings longer than 7 nights, linen and towels are changed once a week. Additional changes can be arranged for a fee. Please remove your shoes indoors. No Animals Allowed. This property is pet-free.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. "The most remarkable property!!!"

We loved everything about Clarance house!!! Clarance house made our summer holiday an epic summer we will never forget. Beautifully decorated property with lots of widows, and lights. Hollie and her partner are amazing host, our check-in was easy and straight forward and they checked in on us a few times just to make sure everything was ok. The house was very clean, with clean towels, extra towels, kitchen towels, with well fitted kitchen. The property is about 10mins walk to Windsor town centre, Windsor castle, 4mins drive to Legoland Windsor, 20mins train ride to paddington from slough or Windsor and Eton train station or a 35mins drive to central london (Knightsbridge). There are many good restaurants in Windsor town centre, and a lovely shopping centre that includes many high street shops.

The property was fantastic, great size and extremely comfortable. I visited with my family to celebrate my son's birthday. The hosts were lovely - fantastic customer service and really helpful.. answered all questions promptly and felt like we were being looked after. Would highly recommend and can't wait to visit again..!!

Fantastic property, modern light & airy with a beautiful island kitchen dining area opening out onto a terrace & garden. Spotlessly clean, the hosts are excellent & the cleaners were so lovely & friendly too. Great location only a short walk into town & Legoland is just a few minutes drive away
