Medusa's Villas

The villa was immaculately clean, very comfortable, well-equipped and has air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living area. There was maid service every day to empty bins, make beds, etc and we were provided with clean towels approximately every 3rd day during our stay. The villas are a few yards from the beach and the good variety of restaurants along the seafront. The main street in Acharavi is less than a 10 minute walk away where there is a variety of supermarkets, gift shops, pharmacies and restaurants. We dealt with Areti and she was excellent - she made us feel very welcome and helped us with any queries that we had; we communicated via WhatsApp and also face-to-face at Medusa Seaside Restaurant, a few minutes walk away.

We couldn't fault Medusa's Villas.

Everything is just a lovely place to stay very comfortable and all that you need.

Everything! Location is fabulous, right by the sea and excellent taverners and bars close by serving great food. A small but well stocked supermarket is also a very short walk away and is open until 11pm. The property is amazing! The most comfortable beds we have ever slept in with lovely soft pillows. Very modern facilities and real attention to detail. Our third stay here and fourth already booked. The host Areti and her partner are amazing, nothing is too much trouble and they respond really quickly and effectively. Areti clearly takes huge pride in providing such a wonderful service. I can't give a high enough rating and praise for this property and the hosts and we hope to visit for many years to come.

Beautiful villas both on the inside and out. Very clean, quiet, spacious, comfortable beds (I don't like hard beds and I was relieved to find that these beds are not hard), and the washing machine is a godsend. It is minutes walk from the main dozen or so restaurants. Here you are getting a whole house for the price of a hotel room in other resorts. The villas have their own Netflix account; often it didn't work first time but I persevered and always got it working eventually. If you need help the lady who runs the villas is just 2-3 minutes walk away at Medusa's restaurant on the sea front. The cleaning routine for the 3 villas is from 10 am to 3 pm. Our villa was cleaned and ready for us each day by 1 pm or a little after, 80- 90% of days. Acharavi is a good, small resort. The restaurant staff always greet you with a smile, and when you walk past they never pester you to come in and spend money. All sun beds are free (but you should buy food and drink of course). The view across the sea to the Albanian mountains is nice,and the sunsets good.

There is almost nowhere to hang towels and this could easily be fixed by putting hooks in the wall on the landing/top of the stairs. I would prefer a walk in shower rather than a shower-over-the-bath as I have mobility issues.

Excellent facilities and location literally by the sea. A small supermarket steps from the property and restaurants all around. Our second stay and we have already booked again, twice more! Can't recommend enough.

Excellent location just around the corner from the sea, with both good sea and mountain views. Very clean, daily service provided. Bath, as well as shower; also some additional toiletries. Second toilet downstairs. Spacious. Choice of seating on upstairs or downstairs balconies. Sofas inside. Freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine etc all provided. Family have a fantastic restaurant 150 metres towards Albania, where you can watch the sunset.

No tea towel. There are 3 allocated parking spaces, but 2 are incredibly tight. Parking also possible on the road if needed.
