Everything was great

Such an amazing villa, was absolutely stunning. And Nikolas, the host was incredible. We couldn’t have asked for anything better - We arrived a little bit ealier and he was happy for us to check in earlier, he showed us around the villas as we had both villas. (Left us wine,melon and jam) accommodation was clean, tidy and looked after. Super market about a 10 min walk away and a bakery, with fresh goods. And then a 10 min walk to a lovely fish restaurant that did everything not just fish was right on the seafront. We then got taxis into the main areas which we spoke to Nikolas and he arrange. Communication was great and Nikolas is a lovely, friendly and made you feel welcome. The pool was lovely, sun all day and the loungers are comfortable. We were a group of 13 girls and there for a long weekend which was just perfect as we only went into the main areas both nights which is about a 25 minute taxi drive. Thank you so much it was an incredible stay!

The quiet location, but easy to drive anywhere on the island. The very welcoming owner/ family. Proximity to coast and a couple of restaurants.Shady terrace with table for meals. Sunny swimming pool area.( This only applies to the villa on the western side of the property,away from the road) Great Barbecue area. Air conditioning throughout The daily cleaning service, and complimentary laundry service.

Very little! In the kitchen, a few items were ‘missing’ from ´usual’ equipment: Microwave oven. Knife sharpener ( or sharper knives) Small saucepan. No barrier at the top of the steps down to the pool/garden.

Nikolas was the best host you could wish for. He was so welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We particularly liked the outside area, the pool and the terrace - and the hammock! The cleaner came every day and did whatever washing we left out for her, and she was so friendly, especially to our three under-twos! A few tavernas within a short walk and lots more just a few minutes drive away. Nice little supermarket about a 9 minute walk.

It's only 5 minutes to the sea but the nearest beaches were a bit further.

The villa is fully equipped and located in a very quiet area. The pool is great, and our 2-year-old loved it. The host is very nice and knowledgeable about the attractions on the island. He responded quickly every time we asked him a question. We left our stroller at the villa, and the host kindly delivered it to the port for us. We are very grateful.

The property is very clean and nice. We were a group of 7 friends and the villa suited us very well. The host is very friendly and helped us with a lot of useful information about the island.

The top floor room does not have a door and clients should be informed in advance about this.

Very nice, clean and comfortable villa. The owners Nikolas & Lisa can assist you with any question about the Island, reservation of restaurant, boat trip, etc. They have offered to us some fruits from their garden. A lady was cleaning the villa every day. If you want to have the guarantee of quiet holidays at Zakinthos you can choose this Villa. The localisation is also a good place (central) to visit the island and there are some beaches, tavernes and a supermarket you can go by foot.

The Villa is beautiful, spacious, very well kept! Feels like home! Daily cleaning, the house is always spotless, with laundry service included! Our favourite area was the pool area, truly beautiful 😍 Nikolas and Lisa were the best hosts, always available to give us the best recommendations and helped us out with everything during our stay! We couldn’t hope for anything better! We will recommend this Villa to anyone visiting Zakynthos!

Very nice spacious accomodation with amazing hosts. Received a very warm welcome from the lovely couple. They help you with everything you need to get around this island. Service is 24/7. Laundry, dishes and cleaning gets taken care of on the daily basis. So more to enjoy your vacation. It definitely exceeded our expectations. Thank you Nickolas and Lisa. We recommend everyone this villa.

The villa is lovely but the star of the show is the pool area which is where we spent most of our time. The real bonus was the location - 10 minutes walk (or a 2 minute drive) to a bakery and a supermarket with several restaurants in the same walking distance. There are some amazing restaurants nearby, we particularly loved the fish tavern where you can jump into the sea between courses! Probably the best thing about our stay though was the host, Nikolas. He went our of his way to make our trip so much fun with recommendations for restaurants, boat tours, anything we asked!

One room doesn't have air con - didn't matter for us at all as we didn't need the additional room but if we had been a larger party it would have been tough to draw straws to see who got that room! One other thing to note is that the pool (lovely though it is) has quite a rough bottom so if you're travelling with going kids, it's best to bring pool shoes.
