Lovely place to stay, relaxed with a garden and parking, washing machine, nice kitchen and lovely lounge. Also had a very enjoyable bath. Good value for money having a whole place to yourself.

I did get bitten by mosquitos outside

Excellent premises with in great location and very clean and tidy with everything you would need. Strongly recommend. Great comms from the host as well before and after the stay.

Awesome location, easy access, off street parking. Lovely house layout

Spacious and very comfortable house, with a terrace and garden. Location in between Hamilton centre and the university campus. Both approximately 20 minutes on foot. Very friendly and helpful hosts who even picked me up from the bus station.

No breakfast provided but the place was great and we didn’t really expect more than tea,coffee and milk which We’re all there. Good proximity to Waikato river bike trail.

Only slight disappointment was micro fibre sheets….too hot would have preferred cotton. Bed lamp in my bedroom not plugged in and cord didn’t reach. But these were minor overall we were very happy. Sherrin is delightful.
