The property is very clean, comfortable and the garden is wonderful! Our program in Kalamata was quite packed with appointments, which I wish hadn't been the case because it was such a luxury to come back to the house and relax in the pool! The property was very quiet and we slept great every night. Location is great, very near a supermarket and perfect if your plans take you towards the towns to the southeastern shore. Best part are the owners! What a wonderful family! I feel like I made new friends and I look forward to traveling here to see them again!

amazing outdoor space, exceptional hosts

The Villa and grounds are fabulous. The owners are lovley and very accommodating. This was our third time staying here and we will be returning next year.

My wife and I were more than satisfied with our choice! The house was very spacious and comfortable. Cleaning was exceptional !! Maybe the cleanest we have been. Everything we needed was already there. Even if we needed anything, owners were available and easy to reach them (I need to highlight their politeness as well). They were really responsive but at the same time very discrete providing the privacy we wanted. The house is located in a very peaceful area with a lot of nature around where you can enjoy your relaxation. There is a supermarket closeby (300-350m) and a couple of coffee/bakery stores no more than 1km away. Very convenient as you could find anything (bread, coffee, snacks, refreshment etc) you may needed. Beach area was starting from about 1,5km (maybe a bit less) away from the house. Without any doubt, house and owners are magnificent and given that there is availability it will be our first choice for sure when we visit Kalamata again.
