Bali Villas Arta

Property was on a small lane situated right next to la favela thru a gate. Despite being next to all the nightclubs it was really quite. Loved that it was spacious & clean, perfect for the 7 of us the other day.

The stairs going up was a bit steep & dangerous if its wet. But nonetheless, it was good. The hot water works well and even hotter than said.

Villa is a bit tired. Lots of cracked tiles near pool, which my daughter fell through one. Great location but close to busy night clubs. Villa could do with a good spring clean and tidy up!

Close to all the shopping and restaurants. Plunge pool was always cold so great way to cool off from the daily sun

Only thing would change would be the pillows

Privacy, conveniences of location, friendly and helpful staffs, cleanliness, daily cleaning

Water flow is weak for toilet. Not a big issues.

The staff was exceptionally pleasant and responsive. We were really close to the Seminyak beach - the fact which actually was the main reason why we chose this villa. Plus, great surroundings, everything what you can look for is in walking distance The swimming pool was clean and good to swim The bedrooms are cosy and well decorated

Although it was inlcuded in booking details, the villa actually lacked microwave oven. In response to my question,the host told that they have no available microwave oven left. Tbh, I didn't understand this response.
