The view.

We don’t usually write bad reviews, but this stay warranted some honest feedback, and hopefully it will help people in making the right choice. Also, the villa owner and the people who manage this property need to understand that the value for money is shockingly bad, and should therefore use the overpriced revenue to address the below issues. The pictures and the description couldn’t be further from the truth, and we strongly felt ripped off. - VERY slow WiFi, which didn’t help when we were relying on internet to explore things to do and book trips/excursions. We were told this was an issue caused by some cable in the area (have heard this excuse a couple of times before) and that this would be addressed by technicians, but it never was. - both bathtubs were clogged (the owner attempted to unclog one of them with a mop …) - AC only in the bedrooms, but the rest of the villa was uncomfortably hot both day and night. - very unclean rooms and surfaces, and with visible signs of wear and tear. This is a very old building that maybe sees a lick of paint once every few years. - washing machine had a filthy drum (containing dirt, dead insects and hair) which we had to clean before use - dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes properly. - couldn’t use TV because there was no internet. There was a second TV in the lounge, unplugged and just left there on the floor beside it for reasons we can’t explain. - there was a leak in one of the bathrooms coming from the sink cabinet, which the owner of the villa tried to convince us that it was our fault and that it was water from the shower head - the iron was leaking water during use and then it stopped working, which the owner replaced the day before we left - a brief storm knocked out the dishwasher and the cooker, and weren’t resolved. Hopefully they fixed this after we checked out - before booking the villa, the description and photos didn’t allude to the fact that there are 2 villas on the premises.

Excellent location and amazing view

WiFi could have been stronger

The Villa was perfect for a big group of people like us, there were 12 of us and it had everything we needed. When hiring out both villas we had the whole pool area to ourselves, which we were able to use the bbq and have sunset dinners by the pool, such a plus! View was stunning & super close to the cutest town Kassiopi. Also we loved Mila the dog, who pretty much came with the villa, she's super friendly and we loved having her around!

The view is worth every cent. The host is friendly and helpful. Perfect location if you want to explore the most spectacular places of the island, just do not forget to rent a car.

You can always find some small and unimportant details to complain about but I am not that kind of person :)

Chilled environment

Fantastic view, great space in the property. Local hosts very helpful and friendly. Great location to discover Kassiopi (a little too far to walk from villa) and N Corfu

Furniture a little worn. Very little visitor info provided - areas of interest, restaurants etc. Pool furniture old although pool itself nice.

1. The apartment owner is a friendly man. 2. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the sea and nature. 3. The apartments boast a well-equipped kitchen, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, and a shared laundry room. 4. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners.

1. The photos significantly misrepresent the actual appearance of the apartments. 2. The apartment is in need of renovation, particularly the bathroom and some furniture replacements. 3. Some areas are dirty, and there is no regular cleaning service for the apartments and surrounding area. No towel changes provided. 4. An unpleasant moisture smell greets you upon entering the apartment. 5. The location is inconvenient without a car to navigate the mountainous terrain. 6. Difficult entry and parking. 7. Very slow internet.
