スタッフはとてもいい人たちでした

シャワーが非常に弱く、お湯もなかなかでない。洗面台の排水溝が詰まってました。 タオルが古くて、バスタオルしかなかった。 フェイスタオル、ハンドタオルはないです。 バスマットもボロボロで、交換もほぼない。 ビリヤード台も壊れていました。 アメニティはソープとシャンプー、ボディーシャンプーのみでした。

It was the perfect distance from town central, aswell as having great staff and facilities. Loved it all !!

probably need to put cover ( kere ) as when big rain with wind water going inside bedrooms.

The space was great for larger families with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The location was a bit of a walk to the main road. We only had 1 towel per person for swimming in the pool and showering, therefore constant wet towels. No bath mat and water went all over the bathroom floor from the shower. Tiles were slippery when wet from the pool or rain. I selected birthday decorations and a floating breakfast for a special birthday upon booking. Confirmed with reception the day before as well to be told they couldn’t do the decorations due to short notice. Even though I had entered this upon booking 3 months before hand. They went through the options for the floating breakfast to be the following morning at 8.30am. This did not come. When I went to check, they said no one had told the chef!

Spacious villa with a nice pool, overall layout of the accomodation was nice.

Rooms were clean, however overall interior and walls were grubby. Location is a little hidden and this harder to call taxis / gojek too. On the last morning of our stay, power to our room was intentionally cut off at 8am (I’m assuming in an attempt for us to check out faster), despite our checkout 11am. This meant toilets would not refill to flush, aircon didn’t work, no hot water and fridge being turned off.
