Not a lot to be quute honest

The place is run down, it is filthy. Our villa was infested with ants. An hour after check-in, i had to ask the staff to try and get rid of ants which are breeding under the deck. Their are nails sticking out of the poolside decking which my son kept stepping in and cutting his feet. The wooden benchtop is full of termites. Every shower head in all 3 bedrooms are broken. I can not be certain, but i beleive money was stolen from my bag while we were out. Our friends booked the villa next door but upon arrival and seeing the villa they decided to leave and go elsewhere, losing their entire payment. The only reason we stayed is because we could not afford to spend another 2k for accommodation elsewhere. Can not recommend in any way shape or form unfortunately.

Propreté moyenne (taches sur le canapé…). La villa a besoin d’un bon coup de rafraîchissement !

Ligging in een rustig deel nabij de drukte van de stad en het strand.

Accomodaties zijn weer aan een onderhoudsbeurt toe. Wifi was niet best.

The whole complex was disgusting had nothing to do with the photos that are posted on bookings.com I will never recommend this place to anybody it was absolute rubbish

Four of us seetook over the villa and we all loved it. Big rooms, lovely living area and pool, great quiet location with easy walk to Seminyak shops and restaurants, friendly and welcoming staff. Clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay there again.

A more comfortable settee and more comfortable chairs in the common area and around the pool would be welcome. Also a chair in each bedroom would be great. We had to ask for a kettle and cups, and sachets of tea and coffee weren't provided. Rectifying these minor issues would make the villa even better. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
