EPISKOPI VILLA, Luxury 4 Bedroom with Pool - Limassol

The villa is spacious, clean and is very well equipped for everything you need as a family. There is 2 en-suite bedrooms a family bathroom and a toilet downstairs and toilet next to the pool. It’s easy to get onto the highway to explore Cyprus.

Some of the furnishings are a bit tired (bedding, outdoor furniture, sun loungers) but it is still comfortable. The villa is located in a residential area so not picturesque (views) or good set up for tourism, car hire is essential. The road at the back can be noisy and the dog next door barks. We found the sound of the air con drowned the outdoor sounds out.

Spacious living room, kitchen and rooms. Large pool very convenient for large families. Sorry PS with games for kids. Air conditioning is working very well. Very helpful host who let us for a late check-out as no guest was after us. Quiet neighborhood and quick access to the highway.

Furnitures a little bit old in wood (seems typical to Cyprus) but everything is working.

Good location between Paphos and Limassol. Great outside space. Lovely pool. Sea view from front bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Toiletries and beach towels. Aircon in every room. Off street parking.

Road behind house quite noisy. Neighbours dogs barking during the night. Slightly worn bedding.

Really nice property in a good location. Everything was clean and comfy. Would be happy to visit again.
