Breathtaking amazing view! Spectacular! Let me tell you about a house located above the sea somewhere in Pelion. We were looking for a place to go for a quality family vacation, to disconnect and escape from the routine, quality family time without background noise.. And listen to me carefully, we found the perfect place! Big time! We arrived at a beautiful stone house located in the heart of an agricultural area surrounded by olive, fig and other fruit trees. Below us, an amazing view of the Aegean Sea spread out, which we could see from every corner of the house. We were greeted by the host who made us feel like family from the first moment! The house itself is equipped with everything you could need and the refrigerator was full of goodies, we simply didn't lack anything! Lots of amazing beaches, taverns and villages nearby, but mostly silence, views and disconnection We simply didn't want to leave the house and our hosts! We had a perfect stay and vacation, exactly what we needed. We have no doubt that we will return at the first opportunity Thank you 🙏🏻

The view and sunrise were amasing! Lonely place ideal for resting and partying. Also pets are free to visit - plenty of space for them.

2 km offroad to reach the vila.

Breathtaking view, across the endless sea I will remember the morning coffee for the rest of my life. Really quiet there is no one around. It is an exceptional property if you know what to expect

this is not a negrtive comment but the property is hard to get to, you need an SUV especially if you plan on getting in and out every day. It is not suitable for families with young kids as the nearest beach is at least 45 mins away.

Very well maintained, beautiful, has everything you need from cooking facilities , marvelous view, perfect garden even playing cards:) The host and his family were carrying, especially Anna. We found the fridge stuffed with all you need for breakfast- eggs, milk, yogurt, jam, ham, cheese, bread, butter .. enough for our stay. We enjoyed all our dinners with the perfect sunset view. The place is great for two families - it has one room and another two but connected with a curtain so it was ok for us as we are a family but might be a problem if there are three couples. We enjoyed our stay as we like the quiet and beautiful relaxing atmosphere. It should be great for a party location as well as loud music will not be a problem as there are no hoses around only olive gardens. The restaurant in the square of the near village Neohori was great for dinner. The owner of the villa has a restaurant at one of the beaches which we highly recommend:)

The nearest beach is 30 minutes drive with a SUV or jeep. One of the baths is outside and has no hot weather so it’s ok only after beach in hot whether

The location, the endless view, the authentic hospitality and the direct interaction with Pilio forest. P.S. My mobile phone had perfect signal, thus the absence of Wi-Fi had not been a problem.

The last 200m of the unmade road, had not been a problem for my small SUV, but for a more deligate car it will require special attention by the driver. It is easily manageable but needs attention.

the house is in a beautiful spot, in the middle of nature, with stunning view.

For us it was what we wanted but you are away from everything, and the road to get there is a bit of a challenge.
