Villa 3br Tempranillo Villa located within Cypress Lakes Resort

The villa was absolutely beautiful. Lovely furnishings and the most comfortable beds and pillows! The kitchen had everything we needed and the available pantry condiments, oils etc were very much appreciated.

Overcomplicated communications from property managers, too many emails and couldn't get through to customer help team - frustrating but eventually got a call back. Was nice once we were in.

There was room but too expensive for what we had it wasn’t 5 star to pay 5 star money

Villa was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Good central location. Friendly service at bistro and food was nice though a little pricey. Easy check-in and check-out.

Noise from neighbouring property late at night and early morning. Thin walls adjoining villa and inconsiderate noisy neighbours banging around very late at night and noisy children and skateboard on deck at 7am. If the children weren’t carrying on through the walls or out on the deck they were running around out the front screaming. Seen one of them ride their bike out in front of a poor learner driver without even looking or even noticing afterwards. The noise was constant whenever we were at the villa - really was unreasonable and not pleasant. Will not stay here again. Not the owner or property manager’s fault as they do not manage the neighbouring property. But I will not risk staying here again.

Well appointed and comfortable. Easy access and good proximity to everything.

The property itself was wonderful. it was exactly as it was pictured. the beds we’re comfortable and bathrooms were spacious. The kitchen was fitted out well.

The company ‘Weekenda’ who manage the property are disorganised. They flood you with emails making all sorts of promises about giving you access and asking for ridiculous amounts of personal information from all your guests. We arrived to a room that had not been cleaned. All the rubbish from previous guests was left and the rooms had not been turned over. Dirty towels, unmade beds, food items left all over the floor etc. When we called and sent photos about the state of the room, we were told they’d call right back. Half an hour later, I had to call them. We were sent an email starting that they would send us our room code at 11am. When we asked for it at 11:30am, we were sent a curt email stating that it would come at 12. Don’t tell us one thing in writing and then act like we have done something wrong for asking for you to follow through.
