Villa Lefka with Private Infinity Pool & Panoramic Sea Views

Gorgeous pool and view. Villa has everything you'll need although basic kitchen stuff. Owner gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and beaches. No problems with bees or building works that previous reviewers mentioned.

Unfortunately no direct option to Lefka beach, perhaps they will rebuild path. Lourdata beach is closed by and is a gorgeous sandy beach. Steep driveway around the curve takes some getting used to. Best option is to turn around in neighbours open land and take it from a more consistent climb. That way is never a problem. You'll see the person who cleans the pool daily does exactly that.

We were warmly welcomed by the host and after a short step into the house and providing us the most important information, the host left us. We were left with an extraordinary villa to us. The pictures show, what you have to expect. You will have an astonishing view over the ocean from your terrace and from the infinity pool. The pool had the perfect temperature and is long and wide enough to swim comfortably. There is a bbq outside, which we didn't use. The inside in the house is modern and simple. Everything you need is provided by the host. We also had some basic stuff in the fridge upon arrival, as well as a bottle of wine. The A/C works flawlessly and was needed during those hot summer days. The beds are the most comfortable I had in such kind of a villa. All bedrooms feature a marvelous view over the ocean, which we really enjoyed getting up to every morning. All in all, I can absolutely recommend this villa to the fullest, although it is quite expensive. Some advices or things that I believe should be changed, but are not worth mentioning as a negative: The sunbeds are ok. They could be exchanged to something more comfortable. The umbrellas are a little too small OR The terrace-roofing should be fully closed, to provide a full or more shadow to the ground. The dishwasher is too small for some of the plates. The open wardrobe in the lower sleeping room needs some light to it. A sharp knife without "teeth" is missing.

If there is something you can be bothered of, is that you can hear your neighbours outside on the terrace. If you are searching for absolute quietness, this will harm your stay. You can hear them talking, as there are just some bushes in between the two nearly equal houses. On the first two days, there were people who were renting the house. They played music, which I felt a little annoyed of. But they didn't do it loud, so everything is fine. Just expect to hear the only direct neighbours. Sidenote: You DEFINITLY need a car, and the way to the house is a little tricky, but you get used to it. There is no way to get to the closest beach by feet, which is located only a couple of 100m below the house, due to the cliffs being way too steep to go there.

Located in a very quiet area and with a beautiful view to the island of Zakynthos. Well equipped, very nice pool area, comfortable beds and very new and clean bathrooms. Hosts were very helpful and kind. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

The way to the house requires an experienced driver - partly steep and stony. In general a car certainly is required on the island as it takes a while to visit the spots and beaches. But the drive is worth it.

Superb villa with unimpeded views to Zakynthos and a wonderful pool that surpasses the pictures. Host was very responsive and met us at the service station to show us the way down the lane to the villa. Villa and pool is maintained during the stay, with pool cleaned every morning. Had a brilliant and relaxing time in this fantastic property, which has every luxury you might want. I think there are very few better than it on the island and would love to come back!

Make sure you pay attention to the way down to the villa from the main road when you arrive. There are numerous dirt roads in a network around that part of Kephalonia, which Google maps will suggest to you as options if you're not familiar with the area. It can get very confusing after dark, and the local dirt tracks are quite rough if you go off the main road. I'd also recommend a decent car to get up and down the hill to the villa. This is no problem at all if you're a good driver and the quiet location is exactly what I wanted, just be prepared - it's a Greek island after all!

The villa is amazing. It's so new and tastefully done up. From the overall layout, choice of fixtures and fittings, furniture to small touches - everything speaks quality and is so beautiful. The infinity pool is large, cleaned on a daily basis and so welcoming. It's a jewel of a villa, five star accommodation in a great setting.

The Villa was very clean and well cared for. We appreciated the little extras in the fridge when we arrived. Having a young child I also liked the fact there was a washing machine and rack as we did need to use this more than once. The pool was a very good size and the views were incredible. The beds were so comfortable and we appreciated having different firmness in pillows provided. We felt secluded - which is something we wanted and it was a very peaceful area.

Communication could have been a little better. We asked for the WiFi code on our second day and we were never responded to so didn’t have WiFi the whole holiday. This wasn’t a huge problem but we would have liked to have used it for a baby camera at night time. We also would have appreciated a guest book with details about the local area, the WiFi code in and details about the house and where to leave the key on departure. It also would have been great to have a shade or cover over where we parked our car as it did get incredible hot - especially for our baby. The drive way did have space for this but I appreciate there is cost involved.
