"Superb"

The villa was great, spacious and clean. The views from the terrace was beautiful! everything was near cafes/restaurants and local shops all around. The beach is a 10 minute walk. To reach the villa you need to go through a few steps but we didn't mind that :). Guilio was very nice and helpful. Will definitely return!

the location was perfect! Close to the beach and close to the main street! The property views are also very beautiful! (would have been even better with favorable weather )

Bathrooms are a bit small, also the main floor bathroom has no counter space so its difficult to use the sink area (but its manageable not a deal breaker at all) The downstairs pool/spa is not heated or could’nt be heated during our stay. This makes the pool a bit useless even if the weather was hot we didnt see how it would be of use when the pool is cold.

"needs upgrades before we would choose it again"

size of villa was adequate and location to fornillo beach was reasonable.

very poor furnishings beds are hard with very basic sheets, duvet ( no cover) and flat pillows. most furniture is plastic and very uncomfortable. not much for decor. property has a lot of potential but it needs attention to detail for a high end rental. no tv in living room. tv in master is the size of a small computer screen.
