Spacious Menlyn Maine Villa

We would like to thank the caretaker of the property, everything was great. Property is clean and very comfortable.

The host/caretaker was very welcoming and attentive to our requests. The property is near attrations (Menlyn Mall is less than a 5-minute drive).

The pictures are not a true reflection of the state of the property. The property requires an upgrade. Kitchen utensils and crockery were missing - no salad bowls. Two sets of bathrooms for a house full of 8 adults was insufficient. A big group can be a bit noisy and we constantly had to remind ourselves that we were in a residential area - so no loud noises.

Location is good when visiting Pretoria and loftus.

Everything was dirty, smelled stuffy inside with smell of sigarettes and liquor, like a pub in the morning after a heavy party the prevouis night... Cockroches in the bathroom. Although the beds are good quality comfy beds, the linnen was old and torn. No aircons and all the bedside lamps were either not plugged in or on the wrong side of the bed. Very few plug points. No place for the ladies to blowdry hair or do make up. The lamanate flooring looks disgusting. Dirty. Filthy. Not nice.
