It was reasonably priced

No ac in living area

Pretty good location in the middle of Ungasan. Parking area had enough room for four scooters.

The advertised photos are very different from reality, the villa was old and really dirty. There were many different insects everywhere around the villa and the pool area, especially in the bathrooms and bedrooms. We had constant power outages and the TV remotes were not working. There's a very noisy construction going on right across the street and lots of roosters near the villa who were screaming all night and day, had to use earplugs just to be able to sleep. The cleaning staff really didn't pay attention to the smaller details, for example the toilet paper and towels. The drainage system didn't work properly and we had lots of problems with our toilets.

The kitchen is very nice, that's it

The pool are broken, has alot of damage around to the bottom floor. And also late check in at 16.00 because of maintenance but we got only 1 hour extra before check out from 11.00 to 12.00 which is normal check out time 😂

Very spacious, clean and pretty.

roosters were abit of a menace in the morning

The house itself is very beautiful, also didn’t mind that it was a bit off grid. Its very clean and the staff are friendly!

It was very loud, next to the house is a construction site, we couldn’t sleep longer than 7am any day. Our room was right next to it. I would have appreciated the owner informed us about this, we would habe booked elsewhere. There was only warm water in 1 shower (out of three). The wifi wasn’t working during our whole stay. I did raise these issues with the management, but instead of offering a comprehensive solution, we got some sweets and complimentary drinks.

It was really pretty and the rooms were stunning, staff super friendly too

It’s a little remote so it was hard ish to get to at first, but local drivers usually know where it is. The pool was very chlorine heavy tho which got uncomfortable after a while
