A spacious, beautiful, 3 floor house (so clean!) with the right amount of homey touches - artwork, books, magazine, cozy blankets, pretty china, interesting glassware, welcoming soft drinks, beer, yogurt, cheese, salami & bottled water along with a basket of local fruit, lemons & oranges Villa Vilma has EVERYTHING for a your stay in Opatija. Well built, solid walls, beautiful stone steps (no late night creaking) appealing aesthetic and personal touches in every corner. Perfect for couples/families or a place to rent for a destination wedding couple & bridal party in Croatia. Host - Gracious, helpful, punctual, showed all the amenities personally, went and got an additional parking permit for second car Accommodations - 4 bedrooms of varied sizes. Beds comfortable. Linens perfect. Lots of towels and bathroom supplies. Primary bathroom has both shower and claw foot tub. Good water pressure. AC in rooms .Common room for gathering with large TV, Netflix, chess, games. Large light filled dining area. Fenced yard/garden & shaded outdoor eating area. Kitchen-large FULLY stocked, with various coffee makers: cappuccino, espresso, press, instant, filtered, kettle. Assortment of teas. Orange squeezer for fresh juice. Pots, pans, cutlery, glassware, china, utensils, numerous spices. Gas range. LARGE fridge and available small freezer. Biscotti cookies, snacks, prosecco welcome.. Laundry - washer, dryer, various detergents. Iron w large ironing board - important for linen shirts/pants Rooftop patio- L shaped cushioned sofa, table & chairs, along with large sun umbrella, and lounge chairs. seaview, great atmosphere with blue skies all around. Note: 5-10 min walk uphill from luongomare. Good for working off calories from nightly ice cream walks. Along main street by crosswalk closeby

The villa was fantastic, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. There was so much space and light in the bedrooms. The kitchen was unbelievably stocked. The couple's son David gave us EXTRA food free of charge, gave us a tour, and helped us carry our things from the car! You can't get better service. The dining table and barbecue area were perfect. This was such a lovely, comfortable, brilliant home for a week.

Everything. The hosts, the property energy, locatiom. But the hospitality is on really astonishing level. Host left us fresh fruits, snacks and food in the fridge. Very nice view from the top of the house.

The host waited for our arrival, he is a very nice gentleman and kindly introduced all details for us.

The house was really clean, huge and I never ever saw such an equipped kitchen and this goes also for the food in fridge and elsewhere, not sure if we ever will feel welcome anywhere else hehe :D :D That was really a nice welcome! No, but really a lot of stuff. Not only in the kitchen, in the whole house, a looot of decoration, not everyones cup of tea, but hey, you dont live there, it is just holiday, therefore an experience, plus I am sure, there are people liking it :) Located just few minutes from the sea, shops, restaurants, market.... There is one parking spot on the site and you can get another one very close by. The beds very comfy, bathrooms equipped as well (four of them in the house). There is a barbeque we used and that was nice. TV, Netflix lot of couches to get comfy, if not outside. Good communication with the host, enough keys for everyone (it can accomodate a large group).

You can hear the cars on the street, we did not mind, but it is a fact. No insect nets in the windows.
