Fig Tree Bay Residences 1 Lantiana Villa

This is our second time in the villa brilliant location close to strip and beach

Could do with more seating in living area and a new iron but everything else is brilliant Mr pavlos is very attentive

Pavlos was a great host. There was a little welcome basket of fruit waiting for us along with some Cypriot wine. We had arranged for the pool to be heated which was amazing as the weather in Cyprus was still relatively cool and we had a couple of days where it was windy and cloudy but still managed pool time as the water was warm. The decor of the villa is modern and had all the facilities you need on a day to day basis. The rooms were all of a good size with 2 that shared the main shower room and 2 with en-suites. The villa’s location was very convenient with one Lidl close by and quite a few Supermarket Best Buys nearby too. Fig Tree Bay was straight down the road and the children loved playing in the golden sands and turquoise waters.

There was some finishing touches that needed to be done at the villa and there was a lack of hooks for small handbag and coats etc but honestly those are just tiny things that can be sorted out easily and not a big issue at all.

Pavlos treated us to breakfast the day after we arrived at the hotel opposite which was really kind and thoughtful of him. He even went out of his way to get in basic food for us upon arrival along with complementary fruit. We had an issue with the shower window and he addressed this immediately and accompanied the handyman to ensure the issue was resolved. The location was perfect with Lidl around the corner and the beach, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Would advise hiring a car so you can take in all the sights. A visit to Paphos is recommended along the coast. Aiya Napa is only about 20 minutes drive away with loads to do. We would definitely return and stay at the same villa again it was perfect & truly amazing. Exceeded our expectations - Thank you Pavlos for your hospitality and kindness!

There is nothing to dislike it was all perfect!

We loved everything about this beautiful villa it was a family holiday perfect location clean owner went above and beyond to meet our needs very close to fig tree beach the main strip and lidl just round corner 5 mins walk everything you need in villa washer bonus. Hotel staff amazing marieta really helpful and pleasant hotel across from villa is where u check in we will definitely return 😎

Nothing negative really I would suggest hooks on doors also the stairs could do with a handrail if elderly where staying just my opinion
