"We're having 3 to 4 vacations a year and so far this house beat all the others we had in the past."

I only have positive things to say about this house. First of all, you just can't beat the location: maximum 5 minutes of walking to the Fig Tree Bay beach and 2 minutes to the restaurants. Then the house had more entertainment that we could use: outdoor pool, biliard table, tennis table, jacuzzi and some card games. We were really not bored here. And then the design spoke my language! The house is perfectly split, has a nice open space downstairs with everything we needed, 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms and balconies at the first level + one bedroom that we have not used in the basement, rooftop terrace, carpark, beautiful yard. The whole design was well thought. The owner was friendly, always available and replied all our inquiries really fast. What can I say? I could really not have asked for anything more.

There was nothing I disliked here. This house is a rare find and we were lucky to get it for our family vacation.

Great position. Well services and close to the shops and beach

The basement room was for us uninhabitable. The room had a very strong mouldy musky smell and to me was uninhabitable.

"Protaras is a fantastic holiday destination."

Figtree villa residence 3 was easy to find, and it was spotlessly clean. Located extremely close to restaurants and bars, and the beach was only a short 6 minute stroll down the hill. Our rep, Victoria, from myexclusivevillas was amazing. she was so friendly and very helpful, she arranged for a replacement sunlounger within hours of our arrival as a wooden spar was damaged on one of the beds. Victoria also managed to provide a large grill for the outside bbq and also replaced the toaster as the original one kept tripping the electricity in the entire villa. We were due to check out at 11 a.m., However Victoria permitted our party to stay until 5 pm, which was absolutely amazing as our flight wasn't due to depart Cyprus until 10pm. Victoria is one of the best reps I've ever had the pleasure of meeting! Very relaxing holiday 😎

The only downside was that the 4th bedroom ehuch had separate access from the villa, and sadly, the room had no windows. Therefore, it felt rather claustrophobic. There wasn't sufficient space to hang clothes for two people. Not suitable for children or elderly guests, perhaps more suited to only 1 adult or teenagers.
