Villa Humbourg

I think it is the first time I really don't know how to start the review. Everything was beyond expectations! The place is amazing, beautifully located old villa with all amenities, stunning garden, view and rooftop terrace. The host, Ludovica, is one of the nicest person we met - very helpful and accomodating. I could list all the perfect things about our stay, but I think it makes no sense, I just wish I could stay there for longer and I hope to return in the future.

The pictures don’t do this property justice! Gorgeous gardens with plenty of spots to sit and enjoy the quiet and the greenery. The house itself feels like a castle but with all the mod cons. Spacious bedrooms and living areas, plenty of bathrooms, 2 showers and a jacuzzi! We enjoyed everything and highly highly recommend!!

Absolutely top location, fantastic villa in a lush garden surrounded by olive tree grove. Ludovica, the owner, is a charming lady doing her best to make her guest feel like home. Humbourg Villa is a true gem in the Tuscan trasury. It's a great place far exceeding expectations in every respect.

Miss Ludovica is very kind and friendly. She really wanted us to enjoy our stay. Communication with her was excelent. When we had some problems, villa owners fixed it instantly. Villa Humbough is really beautiful builfing with rooftop acces to ejoy overhelming view on Tuscany. The place of Villa is suitable for sightseeing, grocery shopping and visiting restaurants.

Parking spots are suitable for only 2 cars, if you are traveling in bigger number, you need to park your car outside the villa. You are not accomodated in the whole villa, but in two appartments in the second floor, villa owners are living in the first floor. Villa owner has 3 very friendly dogs, but if you are allergic will have a breathing problem for the whole stay, because they sometimes walk accross a part of your appartment. Villa does not have 4 bathrooms!!!!! There are two bathrooms each with two toilets!!!!!! This was an unpleasant surprise for our 9 people group. Small detail - each bedroom has smoke-glass door.

Really wonderful and beautiful villa. Much has surpassed our expectations. Very spacious and very comfortable, including a beautiful jacuzzi in the bathroom. The villa is located on the top of the hill, and the terrace on the roof offers a fantastic view of the Tuscan landscape. The owner of Ludovica is very friendly and helpful and doing everything possible so that everything is comfortable. If we go back to Tuscany again, we would like to come back here !
