Chloe Luxury Villas

The villa was lovely. Very private area. Pool was cleaned often whilst we were there. Imagine villas were very attentive. Their rep came when we first arrived and sorted a couple of minor things straight away and also was excellent.. They were available to call at any time day or night. The recommended taxi driver was amazing and cheaper than other taxis. Owners father next door was very welcoming, and said we could take as much fruit of his trees as we wanted. The grounds were superb and very large. View was excellent, where you could watch all activities on the sea (boats and sports). Air conditioning was excellent throughout the villa. Storage and utensils were more than adequate . Overall, the villa was great,and imagine villas provided excellent customer service.Games for children and adults were available along with books.

I only have a few negatives, which I am sorry to have to point out. I know you have to accept ants in hot countries, but at the side of the dishwasher, it was not cleaned thoroughly and did attract them . No hoover to try and clean bits up , again to stop them. However, a small dust pan was available.. a little tired in places when advertised as a luxury villa. For example, the back door did not open , the door on the balcony would not lock, marks on walls and blinds, the bottom of the door in bathroom rotting and locks on doors to bedrooms had no keys for privacy. And no hoover. A couple of sun loungers were ripped and marked on the back.Like I say, these were only minor things that did not affect us enjoying the villa. These are all minor things that can be quickly sorted out. The villa was hard to find at night when we first arrived as we got a taxi from the airport and he couldnt find it as the villa is set back from the road up a gritty uneven path, the only sign was on a green bin with pink ribbons on , with a faded villa number on it. This is where you have to take your rubbish daily too. You also need a car as it is too far to walk to Protaras, Penera, Kapparis, and Aiya Napa . Bus services are regular, though. But as you are on a hill you would have to walk up or diwn it , to catch the bus.As we always stay in 5 star hotels, maybe I'm being too critical , which I didn't really want to write any negatives .

It was clean, spacious and just amazing 😍 we had such an amazing time here in the villa, the pool was large, the villa it's self was big the pictures don't do it justice! It was up the road from a couple of supermarkets, restaurants and a lovely bakery/cafe. There is a busstop either side of the road outside the villa It's about 20 mins walk to the beach ⛱️ overall a fantastic villa and we would definitely come back again sometime ❤️

Spacious, great private location, had all the amenities we needed and the staff were so helpful and friendly.

Dated and worn outdoor furniture. Fridge that cannot accommodate the temperatures as an aged model. We had to get an ice box

The bus into Protaras doesn't stop outside the villa you have to walk down the hill! There are only 8 sunbeds so if there

Entertainment area was fantastic. Great Facilities with barbecue, TVs and games.

No spare rubbish bags. And very old and dirty, broken recliner that we didn’t use and we suggest throwing out. One of the showers didn’t work.

Very spacious and clean with good facilities. Nice outdoor area with TV. Free WiFi included and pool heated on request albeit at an additional charge.

Hard steps to go upstairs, sun terrace unsuitable for children due to potential to fall between gaps. A little too far to walk into Protaras and back with children, so had to hire 2 rental vehicles/organise taxis.

This establishment offers a delightful stay with no room for regret. It serves as a wonderful retreat. While the March weather is pleasant, the pool tends to be cool; however, guests have the option to heat it at an additional cost, although none in our party opted for this amenity. Priced at approximately 420 euro for 7 days I believe , the location is excellent. It is advisable to have a vehicle for convenient exploration or to rent a quad. The actual experience of the place exceeds the expectations set by the promotional media.
