The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines *In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodations, a fee of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. *On the day of check-out, no trash should be left in the property. Guests are required to remove all waste; otherwise, a €150 waste management fee will be charged. *Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to pick up the keys, will be sent to you by email.
