The size of the villa and the location it was clean and had all the stuff you needed in the kitchen

Tiles around the pool were broken, the umbrellas around the pool were broken, lots of loose stones leading up to the villa, and no lights. The villa needs updating gardener turning up at 8 o'clock in the morning using noisy equipment when your on holiday lots of crockery chipped no handrail coming down the stairs there are lots of things need doing to improve the villa.
